Group Booking
We have arranged for a special group rate for the wedding at the Hotel Iberostar Laguna Azul with Sunwing Vacations for the week of Sunday February 27, 2011 to Sunday March 6, 2011. All rates listed on your travel information card (enclosed your invitation) are all inclusive, including; airfare, seven nights hotel accommodations, meals, and beverages. However you are more than welcome to make your own travel arrangements for your holiday. There are a variety of resorts in Varadero and a ton of last minute deals. All we ask is if you do decide to make your own arrangements staying at another resort please let us know so we can arrange for a day pass to attend the wedding. Also -if you want to bring your children (who are more than welcome to join) please contact us for children rates.

How do I book?
For your convenience we will assist with your pre-departure travel arrangements. To get started, a $150, per person, (non-refundable) deposit is due upon booking to reserve your spot and is payable either by cheque or credit card (Please make cheques payable to Sunwing Vacations). If it's easier, you can include a cheque deposit with your RSVP card in the enclosed postage paid envelope included in your invitation. *Update - please note that we have released all the remaining seats. If you would still like to join us and twenty-two of our nearest and dearest please understand that the package rates may have have changed. Do not hesitate to contact us if you are able to make it.
When do I need to book by?
If you decide to book your trip with our group rate, all payments are to be made in full by. Thursday January 13, 2011. However, we ask that all deposits be made by Monday November 15, 2010 with your RSVP cards. We would like to apologize for the short time-lines - but just think of this as a Christmas gift to yourself. Final payments can be made at anytime before January 13, 2011.
Special Requests & Room Upgrades
If you would like to upgrade your room, have specific room requests, have further questions, concerns, or any other special requests (i.e. alternate departure/arrival dates etc.) please flip us an e-mail or give us a call and we will try to get you sorted.
