We have reserved a block of rooms at the beautiful Hotel Iberostar Laguna Azul (ILA) in Varadero, Cuba. We were fortunate enough to visit the resort prior to our wedding and received a full tour of the property and guest rooms during our last visit to Varadero last August and this is what we discovered.

Location
ILA is situated on the eastern end of the peninsula roughly 160 KM from Havana. Visit Google Maps to view the birds-eye-view of the resort and the surrounding area of Varadero.
Rooms
The Iberostar Laguna Azul offers
guests all the comforts and luxury of a five-star resort. Families,
couples and groups can choose various accommodation options from the
hotel’s 814 standard rooms and suites.
All
rooms have a terrace or balcony, sitting area, a fully-equipped en
suite bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, phone, satellite television,
air conditioning, minibar that is restocked every two days, coffee machine, safe, scales, fans, iron and ironing
board, king size bed or twin beds. The hotel also has 8 rooms specially adapted for guests with limited mobility. The accommodation options available at the Hotel Iberostar Laguna Azul Are: 790 standard rooms and 24 suites. For those interested in booking a suite, it's highly recommended to book it prior to your arrival to avoid disappointment.
